The Firm conducted a study for the Institutional Strengthening of the Guyana Office for Investment (GO-INVEST) for the Ministry of Tourism, Industry and Commerce (MTIC) under the Support for Competitiveness Programme (SCP), an Inter-American Development Bank funded program.

The principal tasks of this consultancy included:

1. Developing a four year action-plan that consisted of annual targets, an outline of human and fiscal resources need for its implementation and an organisational strengthening plan,
2. Developing new operational procedures for Go-Invest, including a performance-based remuneration system for staff,
3. Developing and implementing an approved performance management system to monitor progress made by account mangers, and
4. Facilitating the setting up of a Business Information Services Unit.
