Designed, in collaboration with a team of other consultants, an Agricultural Diversification Programme for Guyana, financed by the Inter-American Development Bank.
Our tasks involved:
- Preparing the Programme’s Action Plan,
- Conducting the institutional and risk analyses for the project,
- Drafting the procurement plan and logical framework, and
- Conducting an Environmental Assessment (EA) and developing an Environmental Management Plan (EMP)
